Applications like f.lux for computers and Night Shift on iOS devices can automatically warm up screen colors, which can help reduce blue light exposure.

  2. Blue Light Blocking Glasses: Brands like Ra Optics offer a range of blue light-blocking glasses engineered to block out the most disruptive frequencies of blue light.

  3. Red Night Lights: Instead of blue or white night lights, using red night lights or Philips Hue bulbs set to red can help maintain your natural circadian rhythm by minimizing blue light exposure.
